He graduated from Ludwig Maximilian University, School of Veterinary Medicine in Munich, Germany in 1987, and completed his PhD in Veterinary Medical Science in 1991.

Dr. Zuercher is well-versed in Western veterinary medicine and integrates acupuncture to provide a more holistic approach to care. His expertise allows him to offer a wide range of services that ensure each patient receives the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.
